INTERNATIONAL DAY OF LATIN AMERICAN AND IBERIAN ART SONG

#latinamericanartsongchallenge

Congratulations! You are up to the challenge!

We are very happy to know that you are participating in the International Latin American and Iberian Art Song Day, congratulations!.

The next steps are:

  1. choosing your song, practicing, and recording it.

  2. Once you have everything prepared, please sign in the following form with all the required information, including a YouTube link to your performance. Ensure that the video is set to private. Additionally, create a short introduction (maximum 30 seconds) introducing yourself, the pianist, and the song. Please provide the title, composer's name, poet's name, the country of origin of the song, and mention that this performance is part of the celebration of the International Day of Latin American and Iberian Art Song. Please note that videos of old performances or poor quality will not be considered.

  3. Videos must have a minimum resolution of 720p and maintain good audiovisual quality. Remember, the quality of your video is nearly as important as the music itself—it's how your audience experiences your work. Don't worry if you don't have a professional camera; nowadays, a standard iPhone camera can capture in 4K resolution and is perfectly suitable. Pay attention to your outfit, the angle of the video, and, of course, the audio quality. These details will enhance the overall presentation of your performance.
